Marketing Manager (Brand & Product)

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your main responsibilities as follows:

  • Drive strategy to improve performance of the website in driving traffic and target audience to desired landing pages.
  • Create and curate content for marketing and branding purposes
  • Develop the social media strategy for each of the Anacle product/solutions with the relevant social media platforms. Including, but limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc.
  • Manage marketing calendar that covers all aspects of marketing campaigns undertaken. Track and share with the organisation on prepared and multimedia content delivery.
  • Coordinate partners (Brand Design, Engineering, Product and Brand Marketing) in a continuous effort to improve marketing performance on the various platforms adopted.
  • Ensure the website serves as a capable landing spot and complementary to ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with both Sales & Marketing Team to create EDMs & marketing collaterals as part of a well-managed CMS strategy.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to measure and contextualize performance measurables (search, engagement, views, etc.)
  • Analyse and report on the health and effectiveness of our campaigns, website and other marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing in planning and implementing marketing strategies for corporate branding and product marketing
  • Support the Channel Partner Programme to build loyalty and rapport

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing/Business or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a B2B or B2B2C marketing role
  • In depth knowledge in Marketing, Digital Marketing and Product Marketing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tech Manager etc.
  • Fluent in English both written and presentation skills
  • Proactive and possesses strong coordination and project management skills with eye to details
  • A good team player who is vocal in contributing ideas
  • Performance driven, extensive experience in driving campaign conversions
  • Ability to develop marketing plans, execute and analyse insights
  • Ability to analyze and distil data into actionable outreach marketing campaigns
  • Experience in project marketing that require inputs from various cross-functional teams a must


  • Experience in working on multiple projects.
  • Experience in working in the tech/software sector.
  • Basic website knowledge
  • Experience in Copywriting
  • Regional marketing experience
