SINGAPORE – July 2017 – Anacle Systems Limited (“Anacle”) has been awarded a Shared Resources Management system contract from the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (“GovTech”). GovTech called for a public tender on 10 April 2017 and received more than 10 proposals for the provision of application development and maintenance services for resource booking system and visitor management system.

The revenue sharing contract will initially see 200 facilities from five government agencies being managed on Anacle’s venue hiring platform, SpaceMonster®, driving seamless management of resources and more efficient use of facilities, enhancing inter-agency collaborations. The process will be rolled out in two phases, with the first and second phase rolled out in October 2017 and April 2018 respectively.

“SpaceMonster® was developed to maximize the use of resources without the pain of having to maintain a system or steep learning curve typically associated with implementation of new IT system. With the government agencies and their facilities dispersed across the island, SpaceMonster® can easily increase visibility of available resources, allowing efficient use of facilities.” said Mr. Alex Lau, Chief Executive Officer of Anacle.

SpaceMonster® is an online platform developed by Anacle to connect property owners who have idle facilities with users who are seeking for venues to host their events. The variety of facilities available range from restaurant spaces to meeting rooms, offering end users a diverse range of options which they may otherwise not have access to. SpaceMonster® offers property owners the flexibility of renting their facilities to a customized group (such as a building owner may only wish to rent the common facilities to existing tenants) or enjoy the wide outreach to the public.
