Singapore – June, 2010 – Anacle Systems today announced that SingTel has selected Johnson Controls (S) Pte Ltd (Johnson Controls Singapore) to implement the Anacle Enterprise Asset Manager (Anacle.EAM) to facilitate the automatic tracking of faults within Singtel’s new flagship Kim Chuan Telecommunications Center 2 (KCTC-2).
The SingTel Group is Asia’s leading communications group, providing a diverse range of communication services and solutions, including fixed, mobile, data, Internet, info-communications technology, satellite and pay TV. KCTC-2 is SingTel’s latest state-of-the-art data center, delivering highly secure and reliable IT infrastructure services. As one of the biggest data centres in Singapore with 150,000 square feet of Colocation space, KCTC-2 provides the latest data centre technologies with a full suite of managed service offerings to customers looking to outsource their IT infrastructure and operations.
Johnson Controls Singapore won the open-bidding project against strong competition from established asset management solutions providers. When implemented, Anacle.EAM will comprehensively address the equipment maintenance requirements of the KCTC-2.
