Business Process Consultant/ Senior Systems Analyst (Financial Systems)
Responsibilities
- Study existing client business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and re-engineer/propose new processes
- Assess client requirements and design appropriate and effective software solution
- Develop requirements documentation and manage knowledge transfer to technical team
- Manage software implementation projects
- Conduct training and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery and consulting
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing financial software systems such as Oracle, Navision, etc
- Accounting and financial process knowledge is highly desirable
- Experience in leading projects through the software development process and has usually performed in a variety of different roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling production of high quality and well structured documentation
- Broad knowledge and experience in web, middleware, database, integration BPM, BRE, BI and SOA products and solutions
- Proficient in project management framework and methodologies
- Good team worker
