Business Process Consultant/ Senior Systems Analyst (Financial Systems)

Responsibilities

Study existing client business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and re-engineer/propose new processes
Assess client requirements and design appropriate and effective software solution
Develop requirements documentation and manage knowledge transfer to technical team
Manage software implementation projects
Conduct training and change management

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in service delivery and consulting
At least 3 years of experience in implementing financial software systems such as Oracle, Navision, etc
Accounting and financial process knowledge is highly desirable
Experience in leading projects through the software development process and has usually performed in a variety of different roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling production of high quality and well structured documentation
Broad knowledge and experience in web, middleware, database, integration BPM, BRE, BI and SOA products and solutions
Proficient in project management framework and methodologies
Good team worker

Senior Software Architect

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement new technologies and algorith
High scalability, high performance, online and offline algorithms work is involved
Will work closely with other teammates in core engineering and application design engineering in a fast-paced and exciting environment

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate in Computer Science or equivalent with experience and training in designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems
Strong fundamentals in computer science are required
Experience with .NET and JAVA programming platforms, algorithms for generating comprehensible models (e.g., rules, trees, associations, and other symbolic representations), and relational database systems is highly desirable
Understanding of scalability and optimization issues is critical
Broad knowledge and experience in web, middleware, database, integration BPM, BRE, BI and SOA products and solutions
Excellent problem solving and communication skills are necessary

Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement business objects to provide a full range of leading edge database-driven applications
Responsible for object interface designs, interactions, and implementation
Will work closely with other teammates in core engineering and application design engineering in a fast-paced and exciting environment

Qualifications

Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server a strong plus
Familiar with object-oriented programming; experience with Microsoft .NET technologies is a strong plus
Excellent problem solving and technical writing skills are necessary
