We currently have the following positions available:

Responsibilities:

  • Management of full project life cycle, including managing internal project implementation team and interfacing with client.
  • Detailed project planning and budgeting from inception to warranty phase.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of project and ensure compliance with the contract requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
  • Responsible for project documentation and user training.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Able to advise client on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on business processes and system.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management of software system implementation.
  • Have managed full SDLC for at least 2 projects.
  • Good communication and technical writing skills.
  • Certified in PMP would be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Play the role of functional consultant in IT projects, involved in full project life cycle.
  • Identify customer needs and innovate technological solutions. Working closely with technical teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
  • Advise on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on business processes and system.
  • Support sales activities by working closely with sales department in formulating pre-sales strategies, scope analysis, and demonstrations, development of tenders and proposals, and project cost estimates.
  • Develop innovative and creative sales techniques.
  • Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with existing or potential customers.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience specializing in IT/Computer, Software or equivalent related field is required for this position (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
  • Accounting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities/ inquiries from assigned and net new accounts/ territories based on the company’s business development best practices.
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs, sales reporting, etc) .
  • Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction and value.
  • Seek to understand prospect’s business goals, challenges and plans and relate back to how our solutions can benefit them.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, new customer acquisition targets and related sales metrics; such as number of qualified opportunities, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years Direct Sales experience in a B2B environment. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for Sales Associate position.
  • Enthusiasm for and familiarity with technology, especially Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and developments.
  • Direct experience in energy and utility management and sustainability initiatives, advantageous.
  • Well-versed with high-volume prospecting through digital channels, email marketing and cold calling, advantageous and developing client specific proposals and businesses cases.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and architecting leading edge database-driven applications.
  • Develop system and application prototypes, technologies and products.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and standards in the development and implementation of software.
  • Object interface designs, interactions, and implementation.
  • Work with customers/partners, both internal and external where there will be collaboration for knowledge transfer.
  • Provide support and maintenance of existing projects.
  • Prepare and deliver software related documentation.
  • Collaborate with Consultants to craft user stories by building database and demo showcase.
  • Work with senior engineers and Consultants to develop scenario tests to ensure feasibility and full functionality of system before user acceptance test.
  • Perform unit testing on his/her defect resolutions to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results.
  • Analyse and document reasons for test failures, and revises/ debugs assigned programs and/or procedures as necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and SQL; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming; experience with Microsoft .NET technologies is an advantage.
  • Effective problem solving and technical writing skills. Write code that is clean, readable and consistent.
  • Outstanding problem solving, logical reasoning, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong interest in software engineering and development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Anacle's clients by logging, resolving their technical issues via email, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Assist in trouble-shooting and resolution of reported software problems, and escalation to software development team as necessary and follow up until the issues are resolved.
  • Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Involved in project testing, maintenance, software bug troubleshooting and fixing.

Requirements:

  • At least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A-level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer Science/Information Systems), Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C# and Microsoft SQL Server a big plus.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for any problems or issues encountered by customer and act as a primary point of contact for customers, be the Customer advocate internally.
  • Identify and analyse root causes for issues and identify means of preventing future occurrence. You will work closely with the consultants and engineers to resolve escalated issues quickly and effectively.
  • Be empathetic to customers’ issues and seek to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Meticulous and organised in documenting customers’ questions and concerns, maintaining a database of feedback and queries from customers.

Requirements:

  • Responsible with good time management and organisation skills to follow through customers’ issues.
  • Good command of English. Proficiency in Chinese will be a plus.
  • Prior experience in enterprise resource planning tools is advantageous.
